It is a fully-automatic horizontally-inclined coil inserting
machine and employs an AC servo motor drive system, an AC frequency
conversion speed regulation system, and a pneumatic system, and an
integrated industrial PLC. The slot wedge realizes the fixed-length
auto feeding, cutting, forming, and inserting into stator with
coils. The inserting speed of coil can be set piecewise. The head
rotating seton, coil wedge gap, and automatic tank insulation
protection can be added.
Equipped with the man-machine interface, it is endowed with the
functions of status display, fault alarm and various parameter
settings, etc, also features a wide range of accommodation, a high
degree of automation, a compact structure, and simple operation and
maintenance. The auto up and down function makes the adjustment and
maintenance of the head more convenient.
